I wanted a premium window to replace my living room windows which were construction grade. The first company I called said they could not do the sliders I wanted but Andersen could and the price was a little less. Don, the sales person, was awesome. Very informative and efficient, he was in and out in about 90 minutes. The previous company took 5.5 hours of my time! The next day Andersen sent out Ty to confirm the measurements and he also got very specific about options such as the placement of the hand pulls and locks on the windows. My custom windows are not just custom in size but in quality and built exactly for my needs. My double sliders are so much better than the double hung windows the house was built with. They are better aesthetically, but also so much more efficient. Renewal By Andersen was the right choice and their professionals were a pleasure to work with. you can see the visual improvement in their tall windows open and closed versus my old double hung drafty Windows.
Zack and Adam came out today from Anderson Renewal to address a window issue. The issue was identified and repaired immediately. They showed me the issue and how it was repaired. These guys are two of the nicest service people who have ever been in our home. Very respectful of our home and property and just great down to earth guys.
