Install day was hectic to say the least, but the install team was on time, friendly, and effective. Overall the attention to detail is very impressive - from the prep to trim work to the post-install clean up. The whole experience was extremely transparent. The sales rep told me and showed me what I was purchasing. He gave me the exact price and demonstrated with his mini windows exactly what they were made of. After purchase they called several weeks later to set up an installation date. The install date, the installers showed up on time, with calling first. They got to work and finished the entire job in 7 hours. I was very happy! I also told the company who recommended me and they received $50. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing.
