3 Best Hotels in Nashville, TN

This is a beautiful hotel for a conference. Rooms were set up with adequate space to work in. The room was clean and outlets worked. I didn't have any issues so I don't have too much to say about staff except that check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Valet parking only, but there are many alternatives within walking distance if that's not your preference. This hotel has a direct entrance into the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum, it's a must see! [Photos are from the 14th floor].

Just had a wonderful 3 night stay over a very cold weekend. The hotel was great. Well located. We enjoyed the bars and restaurants right in the building, not to mention the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum is also in the same building. Staff was so friendly, all with happy faces. Food at Bobs, Barlines and the breakfast spot was all very good and reasonably priced. This place is a win win, especially in the winter.Omni is a consistent brand that provides great service and an upscale feel. I love their select guest loyalty program. The staff always recognize your tier level and truly appreciate your business.

I have never stayed here, but I can attest to their customer service as I had received random generated text messages about a supposed stay I had at this hotel. When I called to inquire about these random text messages and why my phone number was attached to someone’s reservation at the hotel, the first person I spoke with, wasn’t able to help me out, but with the help of their manager, they were able to get the issue sorted, and remove my phone number from this random person‘s reservation. If their rooms are as good as their (non) Customer service, you should definitely stay here <3

Great hotel! I happened to be driving down south and I wanted to split my trip. I called in advance to check for availability and the staff was very friendly. I ended up calling a few times to figure out parking since I had never been to the area. From what I was able to gather, you can walk to restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel has parking attached to the building. You can park yourself or use valet parking. The room was very clean and they served breakfast! If you’re stopping in Nashville, Tennessee I highly recommend you stay here.

Our stay was great! We chose this hotel due too location not amenities. The downside is that parking is an extra fee weather u choose valet or self park. Our valet was Jonathon who more than made up for the price of parking. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He is very kind and informative. You can tell he enjoys his job.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Sonny the door man was friendly and always willing to assist us with our baggage as we were storing items in our room for the event we were attending. Couldn’t have asked for more accommodating staff. Highly recommended.
