I found my therapist at this place through Psychologically Today. They are great. The customer service is always so helpful, I had someone stay on the phone for 20 minutes with me explaining my insurance and looking into things for me. The online portal is super easy to use. And my therapist is awesome! They offer in person & online therapy app. Very accommodating. Highly recommend!.

I can not recommend them enough!! I have never had a bad experience with the receptionist staff. Rita is the best, she is thoughtful, patient, accommodating and kind. I see Karen Morris and there is not enough words to express my pure gratitude for her. She is so patient with me, She listens to my concerns my thoughts (no matter how crazy they are lol ) and my fears. She takes the time to listen to me and walk me through everything. I have had allergic reactions to medications, a lot of medications did not work for me or they just didn't feel right. Karen was right there and we dealt with each issues together. We were a team. I have never felt left in the dark or that she was unreachable. Now I have had to wait my turn but that is to be expected. I would hear from her within 24hrs or if was an issue with medication it would be right away. At one point she even suggested genetic testing, which helped a lot. Karen will bend over backwards for her patients. Her priority and focus is her patients. When she is with you she takes the time with you. I have never felt rushed, you are her main focus. Karen is such a beautiful soul and I am so blessed that she is apart of my team. If you are looking for someone that really cares about you as a person and you are not treated like just a number. You do not want to be rushed through the appointment, then Contact Karen. you will always feel like you are her only patient!.

We had the best experience with Chesapeake Psych. Mathias Soucek was amazing, diagnosis was on the mark and he was supportive through the entire process and gave us a wealth of knowledge and recourses. The office is organized and everyone was very helpful and made this entire process as easy as possible. Highly recommend Chesapeake Psych as we also joined the practice for continual treatment and are very happy with the results and care given.
