I love acupuncture and Brigitta is the best! She is incredibly kind, patient and highly knowledgeable about this medicinal art form. For years I suffered with low back pain and sciatica down my right side. After starting treatment with her I am elated to say my sciatica has disappeared and my back pain reduced to the point it’s almost gone. For years I tried so many things before coming to see her but none provided the holistic and intense relief I’ve found from her treatments. She’s highly attentive throughout each appointment and absolutely prioritizes patient comfort. The location is great, easy parking and the facility super clean. The waiting room is relaxing too! Everything is well taken care of and the staff are wonderful. Whenever I have needed to reschedule Birgitta has gotten back to me right away which I so appreciate. I am overwhelmingly grateful to have found her. She is an incredibly talented, professional and kind hearted person. I highly recommend her and her practice to anyone in need of pain relief. I cannot overstate how much acupuncture here has helped me! I decided to try acupuncture after being diagnosed with a herniated disc with a pinched nerve. I was walking with a limp and in terrible pain even after having an epidural steroid injection. After 2-3 visits, my pain was significantly less and I was no longer limping. I wish I had tried it sooner! Acupuncture / cupping with Brigitta has been the biggest contributor to my recovery, more than epidural injections, medications or physical therapy. Brigitta is very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. She has helped me tremendously. I highly recommend her.

I have been coming here for almost a year and it has been literally life changing! I have been sick for almost 8 years and it’s been a long road trying to find out what was wrong with me. I got a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. I also have degenerate disc disease in my neck and lower back. My fibro pain has been gone after about 6 months of coming here on a regular basis. And my neck pain is better as well. I also used to feel extremely fatigued and flu-like almost daily but that is mostly gone as well. I may have flare-ups but after I get my acupuncture done it is better for a very long time. I am so grateful for integra acupuncture. My quality of life has changed drastically for the better. Dr. Yang is a phenomenal doctor. Her bedside manner is superb, she is incredibly knowledgeable, and she genuinely cares about her patients. I have now undergone treatment with her twice in the last 5 years and have experienced major success after both treatment series. Because of Dr. Yang and her practice, I went from being in crippling pain every day to feeling whole and pain-free. My quality of life has improved greatly because of my acupuncture treatments at Integra. Dr. Yang's staff is excellent and she runs her business well. She offers a range of appointment times to suit almost any schedule and there is rarely any wait to see her for a scheduled appointment. The office is clean and the rooms are comfortable. Her staff does everything in their power to ensure patients are comfortable and supported during their sessions.
