I left White Light 10 months ago. My experience there was interesting. I cannot complain. I went there with a goal of restarting my life and that is exactly what has happened for me. Of course, there were some things that happened there, but you cannot control the behavior of others - you have to focus on you. If you go there and focus on your own sobriety, you will succeed. My case worker, Crystal Lamb and my therapist Tisier, those ladies were amazing. They did everything in their power to ensure I received the best care I possibly could and made sure my goals were fulfilled. They kept me on track. These ladies spoke life into me and gave me hope for a brighter and better future alcohol free. To date, I am putting the pieces of my life back together, and I have White Light to thank for my new and continued sobriety. Just remember, this is not the the be all and end all to maintaining an alcohol and drug free life - It's just the beginning. Work with your team and ensure you get continued help for your after care when you leave the facility. Ensure you get a sponsor as well.

About to finish my time here at White Light, and it has been a great learning experience. Instead of distracting you with exotic activities, they focus on getting to the root of your addiction and treating it as needed. Excellent group therapy everyday and one on one counseling as well. I would recommend this facility for anyone who is serious about getting sober or even if you are on the fence. They are very informative and understanding of the issues involved with addiction. All things considered, I’m glad I came and stayed here and I’m looking forward to turning my life around moving forward. I could go on for hours about my experience here, not only is the staff absolutely amazing and care whole heartedly about each persons care but the compassion, patience, hope, positivity and acceptance they all give is beyond measure. I was so nervous when I took the leap to get help for my alcoholism. Nurse Practitioner John has truly changed my life. He is more than just my Wednesday appointment I look forward to it every single week! He has given me the tools to get my life back. I truly can’t ever thank him enough and beyond GRATEFUL for him and his guidance. Every clinic and health care provider should take a page out his book because he is the kindest soul I have ever met! I thank god I found this place and will continue going every week for the joy and hope it brings To my life.
