MATT LONGFELLOW PT, DPT, SCS, USAW - DIVERGE PERFORMANCE THERAPY REVIEWS
Before I started working with Dr. Matt I was struggling to get back into a workout routine. I’d go and do a class workout then have crippling back pain the next two-three days. I enjoy working out and did not want this to be my norm for the foreseeable future. Dr. Matt was recommended to me by a colleague that has worked with him in the past. I am a physical therapist assistant and have worked in the industry for 5 years and was doing the typical things I learned from working with other PTs to no long term avail. I followed Dr. Matt on Instagram to learn a little about him and see if he was going to prescribe me the same that I was currently doing. Upon starting with him it took me a few sessions but I started getting some more lasting relief and was not having to think about every move I was going to make to see how I can perform it with minimal pain. I learned a great deal about back pain and the tension our bodies hold from out day to day along with how a few simple breathing exercises performed daily will decrease tension in my body and back. I have adapted some of his techniques and have been using it with my patients and having good success. Working with Dr. Matt has been a great experience and I’d recommend him to anyone.
I started working with Matt in December after doing standard physical therapy for years for running injuries. I was frustrated that my injuries kept coming back and that the exercises that I was given were always the same. Within the first appointment, I could tell that Matt had a different approach than any other physical therapist or doctor that I’ve worked with. He has given me exercises that build on each other during each session that have changed the way that I run. He is very open to questions and explains the meaning behind each new exercise and how it affects the body. He also never asked me to stop running during this process which was important to me. I was able to increase my running mileage to 75 miles a week and finished my recent ultramarathon completely injury free thanks to Matt! I highly recommend Matt and Diverge PT to anyone who is experiencing pain and wants to run or workout injury free!
I've spent the lat 6 months working at Diverge with Matt. As it regards my physical health, easily the best decision I've made in the last year. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful with his approach to recovery, and has given me the tools I need to maintain mobility moving forward. Can't recommend enough.

PETER POST, PT - NOVACARE REHABILITATION COLUMBUS - DOWNTOWN REVIEWS
I’m not going to lie. Was sent by my doctor and was resentful at having to take physical therapy. Turns out this was a blessing. Everyone is so nice, from front desk staff to the physical therapist. Peter Post was my therapist and he is so caring and knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. He was thorough in assessing the issue with my back and hip and tailored my exercises to strengthen my core and legs, helping to reduce my pain. He took me as far as he could and prescribed a variety of different exercises I can do at home to continue with strengthening my body to help control my arthritic pain.
Excellent Physical Therapy at Novacare. I’ve gone to a couple of locations and the PTs there really care! In just my first two sessions with Peter, he has figured out the source and given me very specific exercises that are already addressing my right hip pain that felt so deep and unreachable that I didn’t believe it could improve. In addition to giving me handouts with sketches of each exercise to do at home, I m also sent a follow up email with this link to the Novacare app that has each exercise via video so I can do it properly at home —and also to ‘click done’ , you know, for that feeling of accomplishment! Long after my last session I’ll have these tools to access. I waited way too long to start PT at Novacare -OhioHealth. I could have been better already but better late than never.
Peter provided exceptionally skilled PT and I'd recommend him to anyone who is on a journey of physical wellness. Both knowledgeable & focused on empowering you to be a part of the treatment plan.

TONI ARAM, PT - FITNESS MATTERS - GRANDVIEW REVIEWS
If I had known physical therapy was going to be such a positive and impactful experience I would have done it years ago. Logan was great to work with and gave me to tools I needed to help my lower back heal and strengthen my core. I’m now feeling the best I’ve felt in years. Thank you!
Awesome one on one PT sessions with a trained professiona. Most often all the staff have doctorate in PT. I have been for several different medical issues that required therapy to recover fully. A plan was made for each event and milestones were tracked with Doctor supported data. I fully recovered each time. I recommend them to anyone who needs help fixing a malfunctioning body part.
Absolutely the best staff. I have had two medical procedures - knee & Achilles Tendon that required extensive rehab. Their knowledge, facility and care are second to none. Completely trust them.
