3 Best Therapists in Columbus, OH

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Haley Fletcher, it was really nice to talk to her. I feel like after I've talked to her there was a feeling of release inside of me almost like a feeling of being set free. I have a long ways to go, but it was just the idea of her listening to what was troubling me. It really makes a difference for someone to be there to just hear you out. She made me feel very comfortable to share what was on my heart. She listened and asked the right questions, that was very helpful for me to be able to answer. It gave me a feeling of peace to be able to express myself on how I feel. She's a trustworthy person to talk to. There's a calmness I feel from Dr. Fletcher which makes it very easy to talk to her. I know in the coming sessions I will meet all my goals because Dr. Fletcher will give me some good guidance. Thank you.

Their services are great! The billing department is very bad. I had a 3-way call with them and my insurance company, only to find out that LifeStance never reached out to my insurance company about getting any kind of coverage or co-pay. They also cut off services until you pay some part of the bill before it has been settled with the insurance company. I really wish they would reach out to the insurance company to get this done... Update: They still have not reached out to my insurance company at that time and nothing is settled. I will need to leave my therapist and find another firm. No firm should do this to ANY patient.

Everything including scheduling was available online . Information concerning the professionals and services rendered are also included making choices easier . My very first in person experience was with Debbie Sherman and she was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. Debbie also made things concerning, policy, expectations and goals clear . She’s also a very good listener:) . I trust her.

I highly recommend Ashley Taylor. She has been instrumental in my journey of healing and self-discovery. She is a fantastic listener, and really helps you work through problems yourself and come to a solution. She is kind and patient and doesn't mind telling you the same thing in several different ways to help it sink in. If you are struggling with healing from past traumatic experiences, I can't say enough good things about her. She has a way of connecting with her clients that makes them feel heard, validated, and comfortable, but she also can be firm when she needs to be. She has completely changed my life for the better and I am incredibly thankful to have found her.

Thriveworks is been the best source of therapy I have ever had. I initially had a great therapist I was able to talk to, which is actually part of my issue, talking. I decided to stop therapy but realized that I needed some more. I initially was doing remote and decided to do in person instead. I thought if they had one great therapist that they might have more. I was right. My second therapist was also very effective. If it wasn't for my two therapist, I don't know how I'd be doing. Actually I do, definitely not as good. I highly recommend Thriveworks and much thanks to Anna Settle and Todd Newman.

The Session We had with Lauren was amazing yesterday. My husband and I are looking forward to our next session all ready.
