Jeffrey Richards is an effective professional hypnotist. I sought out his help to address some pretty severe test anxiety. I had spent two years studying for a extremely challenging professional certification exam which has about a 50% pass rate. As I reached the end of my preparations my anxiety began to go through the roof in a way like I had never experienced before. I am so glad I sought out Peak Performance Hypnosis. Jeffrey works in a very thorough way that really made a difference for me. The hypnosis he provided clearly helped me to turn a corner and proceed with much more confidence and ease.
