I had a the best experience with Eliza! I get teary just thinking of how beautiful my birth experience was. Everything went exactly the way we wanted it to. It was really a blessing to have someone care for ME and my family throughout the pregnancy and even after. I am not planning on any more children but I would consider it just to work with Eliza again! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and I felt like she genuinely cared for my family and I. Can’t thank her enough.

Eliza was our midwife for our 4th child. She was absolutely the best, and we had a really redeeming experience after 3 hospital births. The level of care I received from her was beyond my expectations. She helped me process my previous births, helped me to feel confident for this fourth birth, helped to minimize stress, and was always professional and kind. During my very long labor, she was encouraging, as hands on as I needed her to be, and in the end was well prepared when baby didn’t cooperate. I’ll be forever grateful for Eliza helping to bring our sweet boy safely into the world. We love her and highly recommend her for your homebirth!

I was referred to Cortnie by so many people - it would've been hard to even work with anyone else because the women who told me about her just adored her and had the best things to say about her. Working with Cortnie and having her in my corner for my 3rd baby honestly makes me emotional in the best way.. This was the first pregnancy I was planning a homebirth for and Cortnie being the midwife was a tremendous blessing. Her knowledge is insane - I was always learning something new. But her care was also incredible. She gave me room to own my decisions while also making sure I was truly informed. I never felt pushed or dismissed as was the case in my previous births. It was so refreshing to receive the level of care and support Cortnie offers, for both myself and my new baby. And our whole family honestly loves her. Even her office space is inviting and makes you feel at-ease. You won't regret having Cortnie along for your birth!

We had an incredible experience with Cortnie as my midwife. She pays so much attention to you every prenatal visit. No questions I had went unanswered, and I had several I had written down for every appt. She provides herbal tea and gave me all sorts of book recs. I can’t highly recommend her enough. During the birth she was fantastic and I felt safe, monitored, and cared for. Cortnie is very knowledgeable, experienced, approachable and warm! She handled a curveball during my son’s delivery with ease, and all went beautifully. A lovely lady to be around. I had met her for an initial consult and didn’t interview any other midwives upon meeting her. Prepare for an extraordinary experience if Cortnie is your midwife! Get ready to laugh and cry. It was everything I had hoped for -and then some! :) she frequently was checking in with me, and I was able to message questions and thoughts anytime in between appts. She caught some unbalanced levels in my lab work at end of pregnancy that the hospital lab didn’t review with me and we were able to treat it and prevent issues. Thanks so much Cortnie!!!!

Cortnie made our home birth the most beautiful experience. With our first, we transferred to her care at 37 weeks but I wish I had been able to see her my whole pregnancy. With our second, she was there with us from the beginning and took great care of us after a shockingly fast and unassisted labor. She is truly one of the most loving, caring, and delightful human beings I've ever met. I highly recommend her and her team. She will bless your family beyond measure.
