"Louisville Community Acupuncture has two acupuncturists, Mike and Margaret. Both Mike and Margaret have finished acupuncture and Oriental medicine training at AOMA. They are certified as acupuncturists by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Louisville Community Acupuncture provides cupping, dry needling, and Chinese herbs. They support their environment and help you achieve your improvements. Their primary objective remains to make acupuncture accessible and affordable for the community they serve. They are also going to start offering longer private sessions with Margaret. They believe in creating an atmosphere where you can feel at ease and have a pleasant experience while maintaining professionalism.

As someone else mentioned, Louisville Community Acupuncture is a gift! to this town and its people. They embody what true holistic healthcare is about. The vast majority of my treatments have been with Margaret, and she is a true Physician to the entirety of what makes up a person. She listens deeply and takes in all of what makes an individual unique in their own health and lifestyle situation. Trauma informed; I am light-years away from where I started treatment with her and healthier than I ever thought I could be at the time of beginning my wellness journey in her care. She is generous with take home advice for ongoing self care as well. The profound shifts of progress are still with me today, months after, as I continue to expand and reconnect with my body. I am so incredibly grateful for her helping me to live a full, vibrant and empowered life. . Private room sessions helped me get into nuanced communication about my unique and specific healthcare situation, and sliding scale community room sessions allowed me to come often to fully break through challenging symptoms towards greater balance and stability.

I get acupuncture here and it has greatly helped my back pain and my endometriosis pain. They also offer supplements. I got some gut health supplements after a very rough stomach bug and they helped tremendously. 10/10 recommend Louisville Community Acupuncture.

Had my first session today. Margaret was wonderfully reassuring. The provision of a community room and pay what you can (starting at $25) is an amazing asset to those who can benefit from the treatment and have limited resources.

Amelia is healing what was an excruciating 30+ year old back injury for me in a way that can only be done via acupuncture and cupping (and a few other tools in her belt). In a setting where I would normally be very uncomfortable with the amount of vulnerability necessary to allow her to work, her gentle and nurturing spirit immediately put me at ease. She listens. She cares. She's very talented and definitely knows what she's doing. If you're willing to take the time and trust the process, Amelia can change your life, just as she has mine.

This place is life-changing and I sincerely mean that. I have debilitating migraines, to the point they interfere with my life. I’m a holistic girl & refuse to just turn to meds, so I tried acupuncture & cupping with Robert. My migraines have essentially disappeared. Every now & then, I can feel them coming back but once I see Robert, they go away again. Cannot recommend him & his business enough. I’ll forever be a client of his.

I was thinking of all the places I love in Louisvillle and I remembered Meridian. Though I haven’t been in a long while, I love Meridian. The Chinese herbs are tailored to fit your specific needs. A wonderful space in our community.
