Easily Scheduled an appointment/ time slot online. Went back to triage within 5 minutes. And then immediately to a room. The staff are very Cordial, Informative and responsive. This is my first choice location of any immediate care center in Louisville.

This was my first time visiting this facility, I made an appointment first thing in the morning was there under an hour. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My doctor was understanding of my needs and helpful with my care. I definitely will be back if needed.

It was a busy Monday morning. Full waiting room and lots of sick folks, yet they did a reasonably good job getting me in and out timely when I had no appointment! They all were kind and treated me like I was their only patient. Important and sweet.

We visited Concentra on a Sunday afternoon & were checked in right away. The staff was very efficient & explained their procedure beforehand. We didn’t even wait 5 minutes before they called us back. The visit was thorough & overall a 10. Thanks for the great care.

I had an excellent experience with Concentra, the wait was a little longer than I expected however overall it was great , staff were very professional and I would recommend them to family members, friends and others.
