I can't say enough good things about Louisville Hypnosis Academy. At first, I was a little skeptical of the process, but after my first session with Dr. O, all of that disappeared. Since my childhood, I have battled with self-esteem issues that led to making emotional food choices. It was a constant battle inside my head. I wanted to be healthy, but I was always drawn to all the bad food when I was having an emotional time. This leads to a constant circle of ups and downs.

I had been playing golf since I was in college, then I began to have problems. I was so tense that I could not relax and my concentration on the course was just horrible. A friend of mine had used hypnosis to improve his game, so, somewhat skeptically, I decided to try it too. Amazingly, after just a session, I was relaxed and found the focus to begin again I would recommend hypnosis at the Louisville Hypnosis Academy bo anyone who wants to improve their sports performance.

I had been overweight for most of my life, and I'd tried every imaginable diet (including the peanut butter diet and an all-liquid diet). Sometimes I would lose weight and sometimes I would not, but when I lost weight, I was never able to keep it off. Then I had 5 sessions of hypnotherapy with Dr. Oliver. Over the next 9 months, I lost over 60 pounds.

I had 5 sessions with Dr Oliver for anxiety. My anxiety had gotten to place of not being able to grocery shop or see people during the day. I am now several months past my 5 sessions and cannot believe how much better my day to day life is. I have become a calmer person and parent because of Dr Oliver. I am so grateful. - LR Reply

Before making my appointment with Rebecca, I was a skeptic and self-doubter and I wondered if hypnotherapy could be helpful in the battle I waged with my self-control. I put off making the step into hypnotherapy for a while and finally when I did I never looked back on my previous failures with control issues. Why does it take so long to do the one thing that can make all the difference in the world to a person’s life and struggles? I have worked with my inner self for years and was limitedly successful. I am so overwhelmed and pleased with the changes that I see in me that I want hypnosis for everyone.

Although I had experienced other past life regressions before meeting Rebecca, she introduced me to a whole, new experience of releasing my deep-seated emotions causing unnecessary anxiety and fear. My past life regression showed me how to embrace my authentic self and to see more clearly. Rebecca’s soothing voice and inimitable presence capture the essence of why I chose her to explore my most personal journey to my subconscious mind. She engaged me and moved me to a place of undeniable truth of who I am. It was a very beautiful experience.

I was skeptical at first like most i think but i believe Change your mind hypnosis is the best hypnosis therapy in louisville kentucky. Not knowing what to expect he calming explained the process in a understanding way. Theres a part of my expirence in which its hard to explain how it worked. I just know i was able to navigate around some fears that was holding me back from getting to the next level of my career.

Devin is amazing! I have tried different therapists and types of therapy but have never achieved as much as I did with Devin. It’s my first time trying hypnotherapy and with how good Devin is at what he does, I don’t want to try anything or anyone else. I immediately felt comfortable and at ease with him and always feel like we achieved a lot after each session.

This is the real deal. At eight months in, I'm still relatively new to therapy, but I know I found a special therapist. Devin has challenged me to dig deep in a way that always includes compassion and relaxation while also pushing me to do the work when I'm ready. I'm very glad I took this step.
