SHIVELY ANIMAL CLINIC & HOSPITAL PSC REVIEWS

Our cat was very sick and we weren't sure if she was going to make it through the weekend. Our regular vet was closed for the weekend and we were looking for a good place to take her that was affordable. Someone referred us to Shively Animal Clinic and they took our cat for an overnight visit. They were wonderful at explaining the situation and the care plan to follow at home. Our cat has had an amazing turn-around and is doing great. The clinic called us a few days after returning home just to check on her and answer any questions we had. They were so caring and knowledgeable. I will be taking all of our pets there from now on.

We are beyond grateful we found SACH! We adopted from the shelter and within a week our puppy was infected from the negligent neutering and had cellulitis! The doctors and associate at SACH were able to help us same day for 10% of the cost of what other locations were quoting! We will forever be grateful for you saving Jack! We are never going anywhere else in Louisville again!.

Tearfully had to make the choice to send Nibbles to the bridge. The Dr that helped him was very compassionate and allowed me to spend as much time as I needed with him and explained the process. It has however been 16 days and he hasn't come home yet. The vet told me 3-5 days maybe a week. Then I called 4 days ago only to be told "a few days" each time I call it's a different time frame. It's been more than enough time.

DIXIE ANIMAL HOSPITAL REVIEWS

The staff is great, we have brought 3 of our dogs here for multiple reasons. One for parvo, one for end of life care and decisions , and now our new pups general health care. When I lost my dog in December the staff got me in immediately no appt needed to see a vet to help us rule out our choices. They were not pushy and gave me every possible option and piece of mind in helping make the overall best choice for Tripp. They sent our family a very sweet card after loosing him. Now that I have another puppy I decided to continue using Dixie for her care. Let me just say they LOVE my Ellie girl. They literally get in her crate when she is boarded and lay with her and give her love. Pricing is fair but quality of care of top dollar. I make the drive from hillview to just keep her with such a great team.

First time we went there, our little boy had caught his tummy on a nail and caused a gash. Everyone was very nice. They got him right in and took great care of him. We got to take him home same day, and they charged us about half what we had expected walking in the door. We've started taking our other dogs there for regular vaccinations and such. They are always super kind and accommodating, giving affordable suggestions for follow up care.

My dog has been going to Dixie Animal Hospital since he was a few weeks old and he's almost 11 now. The front office staff, techs, and providers are all always helpful and friendly. The prices are affordable. I feel good taking my dog there and I am glad to recommend them.

I have taken all of my pets here for a long time and have always loved it but yesterday in particular made me appreciate them even more than ever. I had a scare with my pug and they got me right in did a full exam and eased my mind. Dr. Murphy really took the time to answer all of my question and kept me updated throughout ever test they where running his vet tech I believe her name was Kasey was also such a sweetheart. They make a great team! I recommend them to everyone!.

Dr.Bode and his staff are all so caring and love all the animals that come to them for care. My cat Fiona was spayed and had the best care from the beginning of the front desk to the aftercare of my Fiona. Dr. Bode followed up after she came home. Fiona is doing great and I appreciate all the support and love you give to all animals. I will be taking my other dog Sweetie, and my cat Toby, to him in the future for their care.

By far the best vet I have taken my pet to. Friendly staff and vets, affordable service and they treat my dog with such kindness and respect. Our dog doesn’t do well with other animals or in stressful situations and they truly go above and beyond to make sure he feels comfortable. Dr. Hite and Michael Ann were wonderful. Highly recommend.
