All together a great place! Caring and helpful staff. They want to help you be a better you and there are a ton of continuing care opportunities for when you leave. I hate that I didn’t find this place until my 6th time in treatment because they really care, while a lot of places seem to be just for the money.

This website is clear, professional, and easy to navigate. The information about services is well explained and reassuring, making it feel supportive and trustworthy. It shows a genuine commitment to helping people with care and respect, and it creates a positive first impression for anyone seeking help.

CLEANSLATE OUTPATIENT ADDICTION MEDICINE REVIEWS

I've been at Clean slate for about 6 years different locations. I've seen so many people come and go in the office and even the providers. I'm not easily impressed and I definitely never take the time to come make a review..but I just wanted to brag on David who owns the check in side of the office..so many times I have came in and he was holding the whole place down. I come weekly right now so Im there often. He was there quite a while by himself when the other girl left. Both weeks I came he was running the show and still had a good attitude. He even took the time to help me fix my insurance which he did not have to do. He goes above and beyond all the time. I would have had to pay $140 for my copay without his help. He was answering the phone, getting patients checked in, answering questions and checking people out. A couple people were giving him a hard time and he handled it way better than I would have. I love clean slate but the only reason I'm here on this post giving 5 stars is for David. I wish more people like him stayed here. Professional, kind, funny & prompt.

I love this place! This place saved my life but I Had to come on here to brag about DAvid and Alisha cause they are awesome! They were both so kind to me and made me feel like I belong and I couldn’t be more grateful. Said went above and beyond to make me feel like I wasn’t a burden and I had a chance at this. He share some of his story with me and made me feel not so alone anymore and that if he could do it then so could I! I’m grateful to have found this place and to get to see their smiling faces when I come in for my apts! I would recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction,

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH GROUP REVIEWS

This is a great place to go if you are ready to end your addiction to illegal or RX drugs. My own experience with CBH has been life saving. The counselors, nurses, office staff and doctors have always treated me with respect. I recommend CBH to anyone that wants to end their addiction.

This is the BEST place I've been to for help. They treat you with the respect that we Addicts deserve, I feel good to be able to talk about this place it changed my life, Thanks so very much Ladies an Gents. I ALREADY HIGHLY recommend it, an will in My future.
