I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment, advice and attention I received from Kort. I worked with Troy and was hugely impressed by his knowledge, care and overall professionalism. My foot injury responded quickly to his treatments to the extent that I am now able to walk almost fully unimpaired. I highly recommend.
Troy Grubb has helped me thrive after two replaced knees, two replaced hips, nerve damage in my left leg and rotator cuff problems. He's insightful, patient, understanding and encouraging. I wouldn't be where I am without him. I still participate in all kinds of Athletics including skiing, pickleball and other sports. The rest of the staff is amazing too.
Troy Grubb was a great physician therapist. Awesome personality and he helped me to improve with exercises when I was at home. He checked up on me months later to see how I was doing. Great guy! Thanks Troy!

DAVID L. BROWN, PT, MSPT - PINNACLE PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
Oh my gosh I can’t say enough fabulous things about Pinnacle, David and his entire staff! I have been to 5 other PT businesses and no one compares. I would give 6 stars if I could. The one on one with David, the owner, may last the entire appointment so he finds the exact PT option for your needs and goals. I know my shoulder will end up with better range of motion and stronger than if I had gone somewhere else.
I have been to many physical therapists over the years for back and hip issues but Dave and his team at Pinnacle are by far the best. Their knowledge, skill and professionalism exceeds all others. The friendly atmosphere gives you a feeling of visiting family. Thank you Dave and team for all you’ve done for me!
Dave is amazing!! Smart, diligent, and will shoot you straight. 10/10 would recommend!

PATRICK BRAY, PT - THE CRANIOFACIAL AND TMJ INSTITUTE REVIEWS
Dr Bray really is the best kept secret of doctors in Louisville. I really appreciate his style of treatment. He is willing to answer any questions I have and has great patience with my anxiety that I get at times. I have a long history of head trauma and it has resulted in my having chronic facial pain and headaches. He has made a real difference in my pain after only a handful of visits. His treatments are direct and to the point which is what I needed. I cant recommend him highly enough. Thanks Doc!
Dr. Bray is absolutely amazing. In just three appointments I have more relief from my severe pain than I've had in years. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind and understanding. He along with the staff make me feel extremely safe and comfortable and you get so much out of every appointment. Throughout the years I've tried and ultimately given up on finding treatment for my TMJ and back and neck pain but immediately gained so much confidence and assurance of care after the first appointment I'll keep going back. You can really tell he loves what he does and that is taking care of people.
Dr Bray has been a life saver!! After facial nerve damage, due to carotid artery surgery, I had to seek my own solution. I googled my symptoms and found Dr Bray. After only 2 treatments I am regaining functional use of my lips and jaw. My fatigue and pain has decreased. I can now foresee a future of restored use of my facial nerves and muscles. I would definitely recommend Dr Bray. He is knowledgeable, reliable and skilled in his field.
