I wanted to share my success of treatments with 4 paths acupuncture to those that may have similar back and muscle pain as I did. Dealing with chronic low back pain, scoliosis and muscle tension for nearly 25 years, I've pretty much tried everything out there for relief from pain including physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, weight training, yoga and everything in between. Now I'll tell you, all those listed above have helped to relieve pain and increases muscle tone, but none of it has compared to the incredible relief of the chronic pinpoint muscle pain as acupuncture! I've gone to 4 Paths for years to help with back and neck pain from being on the computer/working out/life in general - I recommend them to all my friends and family.
