We were visiting Omaha from Texas, & had complications with our injured cat we were traveling with due to a previous injury. American Animal Hospital got us in within hours of my first call, & addressed our concerns promptly & professionally. We felt very fortunate to have such great care for our precious kitty when we basically just dropped in on them! Very happy with our experience, & strongly recommend them!.

Always a warm welcome when we walk in the door, which is especially appreciated when your animal is sick. There’s SUCH an emphasis on the best care, I always feel as though everyone there really cares about what they’re doing. The team is so attentive to the animals in their care but also to the people in their lobby. I recommend all of my friends with animals to make American Animal their home vet.

Everyone at the clinic is an absolute delight to work with. The front desk staff, vet techs, and vets are very sweet. I also appreciate how above and beyond the clinic goes to make sure I have a packet of information of the new medicine procedures and provided information regarding my dog's illness. I always feel they have my dog's best interests and health in mind.

The name speaks for itself. They really are a gentle place, everyone on staff from the receptions, to the vet, to the vet assistant was so warm and kind. They were all so patient and thorough with our little Milly and even though she was nervous she came around from all the positive energy of the space. Can’t recommend them enough. Milly was very relaxed after and took a nap in her chair.
