I was recommended to Lifespan Counseling while in the process of searching for a therapist for my children. What?! A facility that offers services to children! Heck Yes! I was also recommended to Janessa. So, I read her bio, gave the office a call and got my children right in! Finally, what a relief! The facility was great as was/is the staff. They have since added on and its even better... the decor is perfection, its relaxing, and gives off good vibes! Now, for the most important part... JANESSA! I am not great with typing out words but, I could write a book about how much we love Janessa! Two of my three children see Janessa and you would think that my youngest does too because she adores Janessa just as much as the rest of us do! Janessa listens, engages, checks-in with me (mom) more than just the time of the sessions, she checks in with the other kiddo if it isn't their session that week as well. Janessa is so fun and oh so funny! She is pure sunshine and joy to us and each of us look forward to seeing her and talking to her each week! I am beyond thankful for Janessa!

I would highly recommend Lifespan Counseling. Nice and clean waiting room. Great and friendly office staff. Janessa Davis is a Godsend. Chill and easygoing sessions mean no pressure.

I cannot recommend this office enough. All the staff are wonderful and so accommodating. From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly and with such care. The therapists that are here are such a lovely bunch and truly care about everyone who walks in the door. This is the place you need to be!

Kristi (the CEO and founder) runs this practice in an honest way putting clients first. After she learned of an unfavorable experience I had in the billing department, she took my account and tended to it herself to ease my worries. She also took the time out to really listen to my frustrations about my experience and make it right. I was very impressed.
