LOTUS HOUSE OF YOGA REVIEWS

There are some places in life I wish I knew about sooner, and Lotus is one of them. From day one, the whole team has been so welcoming and the classes are always fantastic. They have incredible yoga classes (and this is coming from someone who "doesn't yoga", ha!) and their spin classes are a not-so-hidden gem. You end up making fun workout buddies too, which is an added bonus! And for the record: I'm not even a morning person, but thanks to Lotus I have grown to LOVE my early morning classes. Even my husband is shocked. Thank you MC & Annie especially for making my mornings a little brighter and my body even stronger. 11/10 would recommend.

I have been going to Lotus for over 7 years and will continue to go for as long as I live in Omaha. Their teachers are knowledgable and fun. MC and Anne worked so hard to create a vibrant community that supports one another. Sculpt and Pilates are my fave classes to go to and provide great cardio for someone who can't run.

Don't second guess the decision to try this place out. I was so nervous to try the hot sculpt but WOW! It isn't just physical but it is mental. That is what I love about yoga. Lotus is such a warm, welcoming place with the best instructors and a beautiful interior.

Love this community! I've been going to One Tree for over 20 years. It's kept me healthy physically and mentally throughout my career as a firefighter. As one of the only guys in classes years ago, I always felt welcome. And now in some classes there have been more men than women. The teachers always make you feel welcome and are helpful with any questions. As one of my favorite teachers always says, " You can't win at yoga, it isn't a competition, it about you and your body.

Wonderful instructors!!!!! They KNOW what they are doing. I went to several Omaha studios before finally deciding to make One Tree Yoga my "home". Very friendly place and prices are reasonable. They even have a special "new student" deal where you can attend unlimited sessions for (I think it's 2 weeks) for around $30.There are many different types of students, too, which I appreciate. Older, younger, beginners, advanced, round, sharp, anything & everything. Convenient hours and locations. Different types of yoga are offered - hot, Yin, Yinyasa, Hatha, Align & Flow, along with wall ropes and meditation.

One Tree Yoga is a gem! It is a yoga studio full of genuine and talented teachers, it is a community gathering place like no other and it is a place where I met my best friend! And it is owed by amazing ladies that we all have something to learn from.

Karma Yoga is so warm and welcoming. I really felt like I was part of a community when I was here, more than any other yoga studio or gym I have visited. The classes I've gone to are challenging to me, a beginner, but also calming and therapeutic. The two instructors I've worked with were very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and engaging. I like that the studio offers classes for every schedule and a wide range of different types of classes. They also offer a nice deal for new students. I'm hooked ! Can't wait until my next class.

Karma Yoga Studio is an incredible space for growth, balance, and community. The instructors are knowledgeable and truly care about your journey, whether you're a beginner or experienced. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more centered, and energized. If you're looking for a place to deepen your practice and recharge your mind and body, I highly recommend Karma Yoga Studio.

Truly the most welcoming yoga studio I’ve ever visited. I’ve been coming to Karma now for 3-4 years and it didn’t take long to become part of the community. People know your face, your name, and you are always free to practice however it suits you day by day, with zero judgement or competition. I have nothing but praise for this studio.
