Delightfully surprised that the shakes, bars, and food are full of flavor and tastes very good and keeps me full. Hands down the best program for my money. The guidance from my coach and Profile by Sanford Team has been nothing short of amazing. Their support, education, and nutrition plan is important and very helpful. I'm happy that I joined.

I've been a member for several years and have improved my physical health more with Profile Plan than on my own. The coaching is top notch and has helped my push through my self-limiting beliefs on how much I could accomplish. I also love the products! They taste so good and are good for you, too.

The women who will be helping you do the same are some of the most intelligent, most caring(real caring, not fake caring!), most down to earth women I've ever met in my life!! If I could give these guys 100 stars I would!! The program is very lifestyle friendly and the knowledge they impart is priceless!! You will be so glad that you made the phone call and started your journey with this amazing group.

I love the program and so happy I decided to join back in May. I love that most of them have been thru the program and can really give you ideas and help you stay on track. I would not be almost 50 pounds down if it was for their support and the online support!! Even on the days that I gained they are supportive and try to help figure out what might have caused the gain. I would recommend this program all day long!! I lost 75 lbs and have kept it off for 9 months (and counting). So, if you are ready to put in some effort, give Tony at the FAST Diet a chance to be your coach, and cheerleader.
