It began with a routine, a crucial step in my journey. At Northpoint, I discovered the power of determination and support. The doctors worked tirelessly, finding the right combination of medicine that allowed me to function at home. It was a challenge, but their unwavering commitment made all the difference. The nursing staff played a vital role, and I am grateful for Northpoint's dual-diagnostic approach. The group meetings were not just informative but also a valuable space for connection and discussion. The facility, with its modern decor, was both welcoming and impeccably clean, creating a comforting environment. Each staff member showed support and respect for the journey we were on, proving they were genuinely dedicated to helping us every step of the way. I am pleased with my stay at Northpoint.

Northpoint has changed my life. I am forever grateful for this place for helping me start the first stage of my recovery. The staff is wonderful, my counselor was and is my hero, and the relationships I made with my peers helped me trust people again And gave me the coping tools I need to successfully remain clean and sober. The food is great, the beds and rooms are clean and comfortable and they don't pour more shame and guilt into you for needing rest. They understand , and they care. If you are considering treatment options, this is a great place to go.

Very clean and a different spin on recovery other than the twelve steps. North Pointe had speakers that were very interesting with lots of information to help once you leave NP.

Dr. Satar, Christopher Beasley and Maria are awesome! All the doctors here are on top of how all the medicines work together in your brain and side effects you might experience. Dr. Satar literally saved my husband's life! He had seen several doctors in the past who could never get the right combination of meds together. Dr. Satar listened and worked to get it right! Christopher Beasley sees my kids and asks numerous questions to make sure they are doing good at each visit. Maria is the person to go to if you have any problems with scheduling or medication refills! This office is Amazing!!!

I've been coming here for over a year now and I've had a great experience. Veronica got my medications squared away and she is very good at what she does. The front desk girls are also amazing. Cassandra Ramirez and Brila Adauto are great to work with and go above and beyond to help. They also make the front desk area fun with their personalities. I would recommend coming to this place.

Very clean and nice place. Everyone does a great job! Aylin is such a sweet person, always goes above and beyond. Couple of times I’ve had a bad day and she is very thoughtful and always has a smile on her face!!

This place helped me greatly to become a new man and to finally have hope. They honestly care about people. Never again will I be who I was. I'm stronger now.

When I visited a family member here, the facility was welcoming and Latoya was friendly, positive and comforting, and helpful to both families and residents.
