I was reading through these comments and I wanted to address a few things. I've been there for 3 months. I've been at another treatment centers in the past like UCS. A lot of the things the comments are true about places like UCS. Where they shame patient or we're running some sort of financial scam. Covert action is absolutely not one of those places. Everyone always very friendly to me I feel like I have a room full of friends every time I go there. My counselor is lovely she's always very sweet to me shes concerned legitimately about my needs. They're very well priced I think it's $70 for a week if you don't have insurance. Which is only $5 a day and as a user I always seem to be able to scrounge up enough money to get high I can definitely come up with 5 bucks and I did. The program is effective is the first time that I've been cleaned in nearly 15 years. This will be the first Christmas I've been sober with my family. But not only save lives there but they give you a life worth saving. And I saw some comments about Judy and I think she is an absolute darling I love her to death and she is the nicest most caring doctor I've ever met in my entire life. She always remembers my name just by my face. And she always treats me like a long lost friend. I look forward to speaking with her every month when I come to get my renewal. All in all it's a wonderful place and I thank them very much for giving my life back.

This place is amazing. Everyone was so kind and understanding, not a single unfriendly soul there! I went into the ER early in the morning and was seen incredibly fast. Stayed in the back for a couple hours while they treated me immediately. Talked to multiple Doctors and counselors before I even went up to my room all before 2pm. Stayed for 3 nights and the level of care was phenomenal and felt personal, I never felt inconvenient and I also never felt like anything I asked was insignificant. I spoke to a doctor everyday I was there and before I left I spoke to multiple Psych ARNP's and Docs and that was super helpful. Everyone there really made me feel they had my best interests in mind. One nurse in particular was worried about me even after she left and called the hospital and requested them to put an EKG on me over night so I can be monitored closer. At one point my heart rate jumped to 160 without me even knowing and my nurse at the time came in and checked on me. Before I was discharged they had a whole plan put in place for me and set me up for success. I'm going to returning soon for the Powell CDC program! The food isn't at all bad and they are generous with what you can get. Special shouts out to nurses Halee l, Rita K, Ronda H, Brenda M, A Ceric, Cora E and anyone else on my care team I missed!! Y'all were amazing.

All Smiles Pediatric Dental sent us here for my 9 year old autistic son to have surgery done on his mouth and the entire staff was amazing from beginning to end! Kind, courteous, patient, and understanding. I can't say enough good things about them. They took a difficult situation and made it the best experience they possibly could for us. Even the surgeon took the time to talk with us, explain things, listen to and answer our questions....hands down, best experience with a hospital I have ever had!! Thank you to the entire team for everything you did for us!.

I very recently had surgery at Lutheran and am so grateful for the kind and competent care I received from each person who prepared me and treated me.
