I’ve had nothing but good care here, even the times I had to pop in without my PCP there, the attending doctors and team were always present and concerned too! I appreciate how consistently they follow up with results of tests! All of the front desk staff have been patient, friendly, and helpful too. This team definitely deserves 5 stars.

The welcome desk was quick inputting my info, the nurse was witty and great, and the doctor explained things to me in a way other doctors haven’t (explained the science in an understandable way). I was the only patient in the waiting room at 12pm on a Saturday so I was seen right away, too.

Nicholas Galioto, MD Is the absolute best!! Right along with his nurses, very professional clean environment My whole family been with him for over 20 years.

Very impressed with this clinic. Having had not so great experiences with doctors, as of late, I have chosen a more holistic approach with my health and haven’t been to an urgent care in over a year. Only time I go to the doctor now is for my annual physical and preventative check ups. Today, I needed a little more than my holistic remedies, and decided to try Hy-Vee exemplar out. Everyone was so kind, actually listened, and offered treatments and some exercises that will help me heal faster. And… they were very fast with getting me in quickly. 10 out of 10, would recommend! Will be my new “go to” if urgent care is needed.

This is a great option for after those normal 9-10p urgent care hours are typically done. They addressed our concern for our daughter professionally and with kindness. We would definitely go back again.

It’s amazing having urgent care in Bondurant. The schedule online option is perfect for our busy schedules too. Great and welcoming staff too.
