By day 3 to 5 I had so much energy I didn't know what to do with my time. I had been sleeping my life away the last 2 years trying to just make it to work daily. My family seen such a change in me with in the first week and even more thru 2 weeks. They are all asking what I'm doing and how to do it. I had no cravings or slip ups.
