I went to Redesigned Mind a little over 11 months ago and it has been a life changer for me. I was a smoker for 36 years and I haven't touched a cigarette in all this time and it made felt so easy. I haven't struggled with cravings and I feel so much healthier and happier not to mention the money I save is a bonus. I am so happy I met Sharon and would recommend her to anyone needing help with any issue they have.

My life was kind of stuck for a while. Sharon was able to help me get moving again. She was super professional while still being very friendly. Not many people get that balance but she did and made it look easy. I was impressed enough that I even recommended her to some of my family members.

Sharon is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She truly cares for her clients and goes above and beyond the expectations that were set upon meeting. I recommend Redesigned Mind to anyone looking for a new approach to anxiety, breaking "bad" habits, and general growth opportunities.

I started doing hypnotherapy with Don a couple of years ago to get help for a specific issue I was having. I have had tremendous success with the approach. Don has now taken on more of a life coach role and I continue to see him on a monthly basis. We use both hypnosis and psycho-cybernetics techniques to help me imagine and achieve my life goals. I actually drive 2.5 hours to come work with him. Plus, he is a genuinely nice, caring and understanding person.

Don knows what he’s doing simply put. Alot of people are skeptical when it comes to hypnotherapy and you don’t have to be skeptical if you go to the right person. I myself read reviews before receiving an important service and I really hope mine is helpful. He makes you feel comfortable to be honest with him and he is spot on and good at reading people. Thank you Don! You will be seeing me again!

Don has had a profound impact in my life, he has undone years of negative thoughts and habits. Since our first session I can’t even describe the difference in the way I feel.
