My cat had an accident in his carrier on the way in and without being asked, the vet tech took him in and cleaned him up as well as gave me a new towel for his carrier since the old one was soiled. Both myself and my cat were treated with care and compassion. We originally went in for a second opinion since our old vet had given me an estimate for $2k worth of dental work that needed to be done. I was shocked to learn that his teeth were completely fine. The vet took the time to explain and show me his teeth, and was nothing but honest. I know he was doing what was best for both my pet and I and not just trying to make money. Moving forward we will ONLY be going to Starch because of how amazing and honest they were. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We took our dog and cat in a few weeks ago. Our cat needed a yearly checkup and our dog needed bloodwork. As usual we get the BEST service starting from the receptionist, front desk staff and the vet’s are amazing. We have a Pit Bull and Starch vets have never muzzled him and they just love on him with treats and hugs! Starch is the only place we trust for our pets.

I have been going here for past 10 years for my dogs’ care. All the vets and techs are friendly and helpful! Dr. Kay saved my dog who had a stomach obstruction. She took my concerns and his medical history seriously and helped refer him to another vet surgeon who could do the surgery last minute.

I had a great experience at Ingersoll Animal Hospital when my dog developed a hematoma in his ear. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put both me and my pup at ease. The doctor was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, from the treatment options to the aftercare. They treated my dog with genuine compassion and professionalism, and I truly felt that he was in good hands. The care he received was excellent, and he’s healing well thanks to their expertise. I’m so grateful for the thoughtful and thorough treatment we received. I highly recommend Ingersoll Animal Hospital to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy, caring team for their furry friends.

The BEST vet I’ve ever been too. The people are kind, incredibly helpful, and very accommodating to any and all situations. They’ve helped ensure that finances are also considered at every step and mitigated expenses where possible. I went in the other day begging for a quick drop-in vaccination and they made it happen when they absolutely could’ve said no! The best people for your pets, hands down.

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. My dog, Daisy, gets groomed there and comes home happy, clean, and smelling great.

Great experience! I took my Russian tortoise here for his first beak trim and Dr. Harmon was quick and to the point. My tortoise is shy around new people but had no problems here. The trim took no longer than 5 minutes and the price was unbeatable. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Harmon is truly the most kind, brilliant, compassionate, and practical vet you will ever find. He cares deeply about the animals and their families and he does what is best always. He has incredible skill and is so amazing at managing our fur babies.

Dr Harmon and his staff are amazing. So kind and helpful. We take our chinchilla here, one of the few vets in the area that treat exotics.
