“The Iowa Taproom offers over 100 regional craft beers and locally sourced New American food in a historic, industrial-style restaurant. They support the growing beer culture in Iowa, celebrating creativity and quality while also honoring the state's farms, small towns, and cities. Their menu features Iowa-inspired dishes and American classics like Iowa Chops, Morning Farm Burger, Hand-Breaded Pork Tenderloins, Iowa Ham Balls, and more. The restaurant pays tribute to Iowa’s work ethic and heritage using historical items in its décor, such as a bar counter from the 1880s, reclaimed barn wood, old tiles, and other salvaged materials. They offer a unique selection of beers with 99 taps from over 30 Iowa breweries. They also have event spaces for groups of 25 to 300 people. Their highly recommended dishes include Wings, Cheese Steak Egg Rolls, and Taproom Poppers. The Iowa Taproom offers kids' meals for $8 which come with a choice of one side and a drink. Free parking is available on the east side of the Iowa Taproom after 5 p.m. every day.”
