BRUEGGER'S BAGELS REVIEWS

This is one of our favorite bagel places! Today was a special treat. The gentleman at the cash register was very friendly and accommodating when I wanted to mix two types of sandwhiches. The new General Manger Jon was very personable and checked in to see how everything was. It was great to see him interact with the staff and customers in an uplifting way. The atmosphere seemed better than it did in the past. Bagels were on point, and the service was amazing, like always!

Love coming here and now they have a new, high energy manager, John! He must really love what he does and it shows. The cashier, a younger gentleman was so polite and helpful as well. The bagels are always fantastic (the Sriracha Sunrise is elite) and the service is now genuine and friendly! Look forward to coming back soon. Keep up the great work!

The manager was so nice and welcoming to my debate team for nationals! His voice was also super cool, and he told us he used to be a radio host lol. Would definitley recommend to others!!!

PANERA BREAD DES MOINES REVIEWS

This is my favorite location. Abby, the young lady that was cashier, was very attentive, told us about the new items on the menu & gave us suggestions and repeated our order back to us. The rest of the staff was also very friendly & accommodating. Everything was prepared exactly as it should be & tasted awesome. We had the grilled mac & cheese and tomato soup. The restaurant & restrooms were very clean. I will definitely keep coming back to this one.

A great place with an exceptionally fresh menu. Crafted beverages, fresh bakery items too. The atmosphere is great; however, you'll find that occasionally you'll have a cashier who doesn't understand the meaning of customer service and the importance of a return visit.

We absolutely love Panera and always go if we're in a city that has one! Their Take 2, sandwich and soup, is excellent. If you love good food, you'll love Panera!

This was our first time there! The food was delicious and they got all our stuff ready very quickly. The service was great and they helped with menu questions. Will definitely be back in the future, there were multiple other menu items that we wanted to try. Overall it was a good experience for us.

If all you have time for is a loaded bagel with all the trimmings this is the place. My pepper jack bagel with cream cheese, turkey, and spinach was tastefully delicious, reasonably priced and timely served with a smile and thank you.

Wonderful and fast customer service. I had a problem with my food, and they gave me a refund and a new sandwich. Very good food and coffee. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family!
