"Second Empire Restaurant and Tavern offers a mix of history and elegance with unique food. They serve award-winning Contemporary American dishes in two different settings. Upstairs is a fancy but relaxed dining area with charm and grace. Downstairs, the Tavern and Atrium room are more casual but still excellent. The menu is delicious, and the service is polished to give you a special dining experience. They also have a Chef’s Table for 2 to 6 people, where you can dine right in the kitchen with Chef Daniel Schurr and his team. The menu and wine are specially planned just for you and your guests. The restaurant has several rooms that can be set up for special dinners, business meetings, or events. The Pine Room can seat up to 40 guests. The Main Dining Room-West and Main Dining Room-East each hold up to 65 people. The owners, chef, management, and staff are dedicated to giving you a special and memorable dining experience. Gift cards are available, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

"Poole's is famous for its chicken slick sandwiches and daily hot plates, with lines often stretching around the corner. The restaurant was started by John Poole and offers a welcoming, kid-friendly atmosphere. Now owned by Chef Ashley Christensen, Poole’s has returned to its classic diner style. Customers love the tasty, sweet pies, and they keep coming back for more. They offer a menu of creative comfort food made with ingredients from local farmers, fishermen, and suppliers, along with great cocktails and a carefully selected wine list. They serve guests on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to celebrate a special event, large party rooms are available starting at 5:30 pm. There is parking available for your convenience. Poole’s is also highly recommended for vegetarians. They also serve great cocktails.
