Poole's is a Circa-1945 diner with seasonal comfort food, cocktails, and house desserts in a retro-chic setting. The idea of John Poole opened Poole's. They have an inviting child-friendly environment. Their cozy spot was a veritable holy grail of sweet pies, and their patrons wanted more recipes. Their teams are serving on a first-come and first-serve basis. Poole has returned to its diner roots under the ownership of Chef Ashley Christensen. The restaurant's famous chicken slick sandwiches and daily 'hot plates' made their way onto its menu, and the line to be subserved covered around the corner. If you are looking forward to celebrating any functions that are accommodated here large party rooms are opening at 5:30 pm. Car parking is available for your convenience.
