Element Gastropub is hands-down one of our favorite spots in Raleigh. The Nashville Chick’n sandwich and the Nodeo burger are next-level—easily the best vegan burgers we’ve had anywhere. The vibe strikes that perfect balance between cozy and lively, making it a great hang whether it’s a chill weekday or a busy weekend. Service is always on point—Molly is amazing and somehow remembers us every time, even when the place is packed. Friendly faces, great food, and a place we keep coming back to—highly recommend.

Friendly efficient service, and incredibly delicious food at a fair price, in a charming environment. I had the steak bordelaise and the pops peanut butter cheesecake and they were both pretty mind-blowing. Kat was such a sweet, informative and helpful server.

Loved the food and the service. Emma was my sever she was amazing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for some great plant based food with a wonderful atmosphere.

PURE VEGAN CAFE REVIEWS

A friend recommended the breakfast burger, and it did not disappoint — it is amazingly delicious! The flavor profile and textures complemented each other so well, and you bet I’ll be back for more! If you have the chance, stop by for a good meal and support a minority-owned business.

Great find on our trip from out of town. Super friendly staff. Lots of options. I loved the vegan drumsticks and cauliflower wings. They had a wall of art supporting a local charity for animals called The Blind Spot. We will come back for sure if we are in the area again.

My family and I loved this place! Tried a bunch of things and they were all great…samosa, mac n cheese, avocado toast, strawberry french toast, chicken wings, cauliflower wings, chickn burger. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.

SOSTA CAFE REVIEWS

French country feel with a 50/50 mix of standard and vegetarian or vegan options. I am not vegan but I had the Angus with a side salad and couscous and it was wonderful. Extremely flavorful with a delightful balance of spices. The portions are large enough that I could have easily made two meals of it but it was so good I didn't. My wife loved the Au-Dela she ordered with cannellini beans and a salad. A bonus was that they use Full Bloom coffee based out of Garner. I have found a new place to add to my short list.

Was in the area around lunch time and saw this place had high reviews, so we decided to check it out. Did not disappoint. Great food, fresh and flavorful. Husband and I were both happy with our coffee drinks as well. Great atmosphere. Cheerful, friendly staff.

It's wonderful to have great healthy options including vegan. I had the vegan burger Au-Dela and it was fabulous. Sides were a greens salad and cannelloni beans. Dressing was perfect vinaigrette. Decor was very charming. And the coffee was good too.
