They take great pride in preparing their food. Their bagels bake in the traditional New York bagel baking style, boiled in a kettle first, and then baked on burlap-covered wooden boards. Their cream cheeses, salads, tuna, and chicken salads are made in-house from scratch with natural vegetables and fruits. I got the best bagel I've ever had from here. The everything coating is nice and punchy and covers both sides. The service was friendly and quick. Along woth there bagels and sandwiches theyalso have great locally roasted coffee. And to top that all off I felt like the prices were very reasonable. If you find yourself in the area give them a go for breakfast (Or any time you're craving a bagel)!

I go to Benchwarmers all the time and they are consistent. They have the best bagels and coffee in the area. They rarely make a mistake on an order & the times they have, they make it right! Super nice people that love what they do! They stay busy so get there early! Fast service & quality food & coffee! I love them!

Excellent bagel gem inside Transfer Co. Food Hall. Found out it doubles as a pizza shop after 5pm, pure genius. Missed the pies this time but a sure return trip just based on the level bagel goodness from here.

This spot is without a doubt the BEST bagel spot in Raleigh. The line out the door will speak for itself. Incase you need more convincing, the bagels are actually fresh, the sweets are amazing, and the eggs and bacon are fresh, not frozen. When your craving a delicious, authentic bagel, this is your spot. It's well worth the wait. And please try something sweet while you are there. You will not regret it.

As a former New Yorker a great Bagel makes my Sunday morning. I was happy to see the staff was ready to go and all the bins were full of bagels. When I got home and tried one of the bagels the flavor was great. I've been to just about every bagel place within 30 Miles of Raleigh. These are good bagels but my only wish is that they bake them a little bit longer so the bagels have a bit more crust.

This place is amazing!! From the fresh made desserts to the fresh made bagels. They have boars head deli meats and sand which made to order. I love this place and I’ll be back.

I LOVE this Bruegger's. The customer service is unmatched. I always order ahead and due to the app not allowing customizations I have to call in. Nick (the previous manager) was always willing to adjust my order (toasted bun, add onions) and him as well as other employees like Allie had my order memorized. I don't give a lot of google reviews, but it's always a memorable experience and they help me get a quick made to order lunch at least once a week!

I come here every Wednesday but I’ve never had better service than I did today! I walk in and immediately I'm greeted with a smile and they called me Mam which was just so nice and the bagel being made itself was 3x faster than normal without me having to repeat anything and the cashier made small talk with me and was all around just very nice not to mention the bagel was WARMMM! Really good start to my day! 10,000/10

Went to this location for the first time in a long time and I was really impressed with the customer service and the quality of the food! It was worth the drive across town!
