We were very happy with the service of Critter Ridder. They did exactly what they said they would do, and quickly. They also came in and gave us a reasonable estimate to solve our problem long-term. They were understanding of our budget limitations and were willing to work with us, not being pushy, and giving us recommendations/instruction/direction. The next time we have something dead in the walls at our business, we will definitely call them first!

I hired Critter Ridder to remove a family of raccoons from my attic. I called on a Saturday, and Critter Ridder promptly called back to schedule all of the necessary appointments. The next day, Brad came out and was very helpful in explaining the quote and showing me all of the areas of the attic that needed to be repaired so the raccoons wouldn't come back. The whole team was so helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Recently, my wife and I had squirrels nesting in our attic. We called Critter Ridder and they were very helpful and professional. Someone came out to assess the situation, and they started treating the next day. It has been two weeks since they started the work and we haven't heard any more noise coming from up there. They have a year warranty, so even if we do, we know we can rely on them to come help us get it fixed. Highly recommended!!
