We contracted with Vanguard Cleaning for daily cleaning of our 6,000 square foot office space in September of 2024 after having worked with another local janitorial service for the previous 3 years with varying degrees of response to concerns and a rising level of frustration. The Vanguard team came in, did an initial deep clean, and have maintained that level of clean and service since! Additionally, I have asked the Vanguard team to perform two special cleanings of windows (interior and exterior) and to strip and wax the floors as added services. These have both been done above and beyond my expectations and relatively inexpensive.

We've used Vanguard Cleaning for over 5 years now. Our commercial space is large and requires some unique services. The team at Vanguard is committed to working with us to ensure our needs are addressed and we receive the best services. The current crew is doing a fantastic job. Thanks Vanguard!
