Junior was my technician and he did a fantastic job. Even willing to work when it was 17°!!!! He has such knowledge, confidence and ability to communicate with the customer. And do a perfect job. I was even able to trust him to go into my place without my being there. Since it was 17°, I got to stay in a warm place while he worked in the freezing temp. I am so thankful that I started using Mr. Appliance. I had first called a company that didn’t have any idea what was wrong with the heating system, they worked for three hours and never got it working. Then I called a reputable company, I think Mr Appliance is rated top in Austin. Within 20 minutes of his arrival, Junior had diagnosed the problem. The right solution to fix it quickly. Junior deserves a really big raise! I am happy to recommend this company. And I’m sure if you use them you will be happy too.

Technician was prompt and arrived in the window that I was advised of. He was thorough and checking the unit out and other suggestions with the washing machine. Unfortunately, they have to order the part. No fault of his. He came back in two days with the items and fix the unit. I would highly recommend Mr. Platz.

Scott is a courteous repair person who is knowledgeable, flexible and extremely honest in the area of appliance repair. I will absolutely contact them again when we have a broken appliance! Hopefully all their repair people are like him.

I had to call upon Appliance Express to handle a warranty issue on my new Whirlpool appliance. Setting up the appointment was easy and quick. The customer service was excellent and thorough. Andrey was punctual and very knowledgeable about my appliance. He explained what was wrong and it was an easy fix. He was very professional and friendly. This is the second time I had to acall upon this company to deal with another Whirlpool appliance and again the service and technicians were above and beyond. Thanks Andrey for taking care of our issues.

Excellent technician. Great customer service. Showed up during the 2-hour window with a 20-minute arrival notice. Clean and orderly. Patiently walked me through the process and asked me if I had other questions. Quick install of new fan motor. Oven working like new.

I had David as a repair man and he was weird in all the best ways possible. Very punny and full of other pun related jokes. 10/10 would recommend as a repair man. Also he was very allergic to my cats but persevered anyway, which I appreciate
