This is my second maid company (previously used Two Maids a few times) and I’ll be making the switch to Maids & Moore for the rest of the year. Arrived on time (gave us 30 minute arrival heads up) and both cleaners were very diligent. At the end, their supervisor came to review the clean with me - we walked through every room. Best experience with cleaning service in the past 3 years. Roxy with booking was also super prompt, calling me the morning after requesting a clean.

We got a deep clean plus oven cleaning of our house and I was very impressed with the results. I checked a few spots like the top of shelves or behind the toilet and I found they were nice and clean. Even my dining room chairs were vacuumed. My main concern was cleaning the shower and over and both were in great condition. I also liked the notifications about the arrival and departure of the team. I plan on asking them to come back monthly.

I love Maids and Moore so much. Each time we use their services we’re in need of a deep clean because the place gets pretty dusty. Work makes it impossible to keep up on our own. Due to the hard water in Austin, I needed professional help cleaning my shower and called up a couple other businesses but bc it was such a small job, most weren't able to scale down the service but Boardwalk was able to. they brought 2 employees and cleaned it with no fuss and got it done in the time they charged me for. They also cleaned the rest of the bathroom: sink, toilet, etc. and looks great! They neatly put everything back. Just the small details. I wish I had taken a before photo because the shower looked horrendous before they got there. Would recommend them and will be reaching out in the future if I need anything. I called on the phone to book it and everything was quick, easy, and seamless.

I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first time getting a cleaning service but Karla and Marbella (Team 9) were amazing. They were punctual, professional, and understanding. I have a 1 bed 1 bath (about 600 sq ft) and they left it looking spotless in about a hour. I definitely plan to book again.
