Had a tiny leak at the meter, on my side of the meter, and considering we're in a drought, I wanted it fixed asap. Rudy was terrific. No tools required. Easily fixed in 5-10 minutes. And the response time was amazing! I had called pretty much every plumber local to my city and no luck. They either didn't respond or couldn't help me until Monday (today is Saturday). So I give this company A+++++ for quick response, quick fix and very nice serviceman. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Even though there was an issue with the new unit they installed (not their fault), our technician went above and beyond—he immediately contacted the manufacturer, helped arrange a replacement, and re-installed the new unit without hesitation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. He also thoroughly cleaned up and ensured there was no lasting damage from the original leak. Truly outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
