I couldn't ask for more in a plumber. Gilbert responded extremely quickly via both phone and email, and always took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. When he couldn't do work I needed, he was quick with a recommendation for someone who could.Andrew came and replaced our toilet today. He was fast, professional, and just an all-around great guy.

Max with Reliant Plumbing is our go-to for all things plumbing! He is honest, kind, on-time, quick (without errors), courteous, explains what needs to happen to solve the problem, and gives you the estimate before beginning the work. Super nice man as well!When I initially called, I spoke with Danielle in his office. Danielle was kind, listened to my concerns, had Max at my home promptly, as promised, and was clearly happy to be at work. I really cannot say enough about Max and his team at Reliant Plumbing! It can be so difficult to find a plumber to come out to the LT area but not anymore!!!

Just had Shane and his assistant come out and install a new water heater and PSI regulator. They were professional, tested their work before wrapping up and timely. The day after the installation a gasket on the water heater failed and caused a small leak and triggered the automatic supply shutoff they installed (and it worked!). I called Radiant and they sent out the same tech within an hour, he replaced the gasket and made sure it wasn't leaking anymore. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest but I believe you pay for quality and that is what I received from everyone I dealt with.
