Again, first class, professional work. Ralph and his assistant Brandon were amazing, prompt, courteous and informative throughout the whole process. The work on the water heater was as good as it gets. They replaced and repositioned the water line, added support and insulation and left everything perfectly neat and tidy! They were on time, clean and professional. They fixed every detail. This is why I came to Fox! So, even though I don't look forward to our next plumbing crisis, I know you'll be there to make it right.

Shawn handled my long list of installation and preventative maintenance tasks professionally and efficiently. He communicated clearly and intelligently. There were no surprises at the end of the project. He was more than proficient at his job. He was trustworthy (3 days in my home and coming back for 3 more projects on the exterior) and overall a pleasant person to interact with! I am a repeat customer of Fox for plumbing and have never had a bad experience. UPDATE. 3 visits later in the last month for a variety of reasons for my aging house and I still love Fox. Came on short notice to repair my grinder pump and got the job done efficient and quickly without requiring a pump replacement.

Both of the technicians were very helpful. They carefully investigated my situation and my equipment and explained the issues they found and my options for repair or replacement so I could clearly understand. Eddy, Jesus, and Diego did a fantastic job on our plenum replacement. The team was very communicative, leading up to the appointment and professional as they were at the house. All the work done was explained clearly and everything was cleaned up very well. We’ve seen great results so far due to the replacement and couldn’t be happier with the service we had from Strand Brothers.

Amber came out for our six month AC check up. She was awesome and exceeded our expectations for the visit. She was very thorough and took the time to explain the whole procedure and answer all my questions. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
