I had about a 6ft bull snake in my backyard that my kids and I about stepped on, I called all the local wildlife agencies and animal control, but no one would help me out. Then I found EnviroCritter and Jake answered right away and he was at my house within 10 minutes of calling him. He handled the snake with ease, without harming it, and relocated it successfully. Excellent experience. Some squirrels were getting into the attic through vents where the barrier had failed. It took several days to remove some of the squirrels, and once that was done, the vents were sealed up. No noises or issues since! Would recommend.
