I was having issues with squirrels finding their way into my attic. I called EnviroCritter and Jake came out right away. He was able to quickly identify the point of entry. Opposed to just sealing the hole like some other companies suggested, he offered to reduce the chances of this happening again by trapping/remove the squirrels and then repair the entry point. He was very good about checking the traps and no animal was left caught for more then 30 minutes. I would highly recommend using EnviroCritter for your pest control needs.

Jake was awesome! He came out to help with rabbits in our backyard. He clearly communicated prices and options and even offered suggestions to do on ourselves. Would definitely use again for other critters.

Jake was prompt, kind, and gentle removing a sick raccoon from my backyard. I've had Jake's flier for over 10 years, I'm certainly glad I kept it. I will definitely continue to keep it handy.

Critter Control Milwaukee was very helpful and informative and the service team did an excellent job in preparing the affected areas and the account rep was great in monitoring activity. Some communication struggles with contacting the scheduling team, however the account rep was very helpful and communicated everything to us. We would definitely recommend Critter Control Milwaukee.

Bryan was awesome. We had a raccoon getting into our attic and he came out, set a trap and caught it immediately. In addition, he fixed several areas where critters could potentially get into our home. I highly recommend his services if you need help with a similar issue.

Words truly can’t describe what an incredible job Bryce did. A squirrel fell down our fireplace flue and got stuck behind the wall. I heard scratching early that morning and called BestPest. Bryce arrived in the afternoon, used a camera to inspect the space behind the wall, and confirmed there was a squirrel in there. He initially thought it might already be dead. But when he took a closer look, he saw the little guy was still breathing (!!!)… and the rescue mission began. Bryce spent more than four hours doing everything possible to get him out alive, even though the odds were slim. It was especially tricky because the pipe had a bend, making it nearly impossible to reach the squirrel. After four hours and one broken fireplace pipe (there was truly no other way), the squirrel was finally rescued! That was truly an epic rescue, and I’m so grateful for Bryce’s dedication, persistence, and compassion. He didn’t just do the job, he showed real heart and refused to give up. If you’re looking for someone who will show up, think creatively, and go the extra mile, Bryce is the person you want. BestPest is lucky to have him, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

The team did a great job putting up bird mitigation. I was nervous of how the various techniques would impact the aesthetic of my custom home, but they blend in nicely. Bailey, Will, and Dawson were all professional and courteous. They did a great job with the install!

Excellent job. The technician cleaned up all the bird droppings and professionally installed spikes and wire mesh to keep the birds from coming back. Very satisfied with the work.
