Some communication struggles with contacting the scheduling team, however the account rep was very helpful and communicated everything to us. We would definitely recommend Critter Control Milwaukee.

Words truly can’t describe what an incredible job Bryce did. A squirrel fell down our fireplace flue and got stuck behind the wall. I heard scratching early that morning and called BestPest. Bryce arrived in the afternoon, used a camera to inspect the space behind the wall, and confirmed there was a squirrel in there. He initially thought it might already be dead. But when he took a closer look, he saw the little guy was still breathing (!!!)… and the rescue mission began. Bryce spent more than four hours doing everything possible to get him out alive, even though the odds were slim. It was especially tricky because the pipe had a bend, making it nearly impossible to reach the squirrel. After four hours and one broken fireplace pipe (there was truly no other way), the squirrel was finally rescued! That was truly an epic rescue, and I’m so grateful for Bryce’s dedication, persistence, and compassion. He didn’t just do the job, he showed real heart and refused to give up. The team did a great job putting up bird mitigation. I was nervous of how the various techniques would impact the aesthetic of my custom home, but they blend in nicely. Bailey, Will, and Dawson were all professional and courteous. They did a great job with the install!
