Jacob was very knowledgeable on the issues I had with my alarm system thar Security Central Inc had installed. After a few adjustments to the system and adjustments on my phone, all issues have been resolved. I highly recommend Security Central Inc for all of any security needs, including inside alarm systems and outside camera systems. Their service is wonderful. No matter who answers the phone at the central local office, everyone has been helpful and promptly schedules a service call. Thank you for making my home feel secure.

I had missed a call regarding an alarm. When I called back, the person I talked to was very helpful and thorough. He answered all of my questions. It was great. Our installation guys are wonderful!! They do s great job, explain everything and are very professional. It's been a great experience! Thank you!.

Great company with great pricing. The people I have worked with have all been really helpful and nice, yet professional. We did have a small problem but it was taken care of immediately. It was a setting that was entered incorrectly but was a simple push of the button. I highly recommend Mountain Alarm.

Crystal was fun to chat with while being efficient at the same time. She took time to find the answers, called the technicians to see if they could fit our community into their day and boom! They will be here this afternoon. Thanks for the friendly customer service. My experience was great.

My Alarm updated our old security system. Our sales person and installation technician were knowledgeable and very responsive. We are very happy with the service.
