She took everything we were hoping to accomplish and put it into a beautiful design. She was flexible, and a great listener and the design was a work in progress until we accomplished everything we were looking for. The construction phase was impressive as well. Rudy and his team were always on time, professional, respectful and incredibly hardworking. Rudy can solve any problem--and has such a depth of knowledge that we felt like we were in such good hands. Watching the design develop into reality was very impressive--and knowing the backyard is as well-constructed as it is gives us full confidence that it will stand the test of time. Sam’s is the best landscaping company we’ve ever worked with. We asked for an estimate for both a complete yard cleanup to landscaping services. I contacted Sam through his website and he responded literally the same day. I then received a complete estimate including dates the work could be done very quickly. The work was scheduled for two dates one month apart due to availability and workload. The first phase was fully completed on the date agreed to. And although the second phase was scheduled for a full month later, Sam was able to get the work done a full two weeks early. Throughout the crew completed the work as contracted and cleaned up appropriately. Sam was a total pleasure to work with at every stage of the work and I would not hesitate to both recommend his services without reservation but intend to use him again when we need any landscaping or yard clean-up work done. He and his staff are truly exceptional!.
