We recently used Elkhorn to install a variable speed Trane air conditioner. The service provided was efficient and excellent. They measured and checked all the wiring and breakers prior to coming for installation to make sure that everything would go smoothly. Eric, our installer is excellent and knowledgeable with many years of experience. Even when they had to return the next day for a minor adjustment, they came out immediately. We do trust Elkhorn with our heating and plumbing needs, also having used them in the past.

We recently finished our basement and decided that a battery backup for the sump pump would be a good idea. I talked to Mike who gave some good advice and a fair cost estimate. They scheduled the install quickly. Alec came out, exactly on time. He was respectful of the property (i. e. he wore shoe protection!) and did a very clean install. The pump is an improvement over the one installed when the house was built. He provided the info we needed to maintain the system properly. Finally, the warranty provided, parts and labor, is excellent.

Elkhorn has been my go-to for all things HVAC for years now. Today, during my regular spring HVAC service, Jacob (who did a great job with my HVAC) noticed some issues with my aging hot water heater. A few hours later, Mike and Bryan were here with a brand new one and had it installed super-fast. (Plus, they were highly entertaining while performing the work...)
