From helping me out from right when I called to end of project the customer service was amazing. The office lady (I forgot your name, sorry) gave me a current coupon without me even asking and waived the service charge because I knew mostly what I needed. Ozzie was a character, funny but professional, understood exactly what I needed and didn’t try to push anything that wasn’t needed at the moment. He was very knowledgeable and the garage door runs smooth as butter now.

We had a really good experience with Don’s Garage Doors. The installer Tanner was on time, actually early, and even installed this garage door on a Sunday too. The door is super light, high tech and so much quieter than the clunky wooden garage door that kept breaking. Appreciate the care that went into the whole process and I highly recommend Don’s Garage Doors.

Ozzie Wilson was great! Called before he arrived and was on time. Spent time going over all options until I was comfortable. Then completed the work and tested it out. Super happy with the whole experience!

Outstanding customer service! We called Don's Garage Doors first, but received very slow customer service and a very high quote. During our first call to Lakewood Garage Door, the associate was able to diagnose the issue over the phone, and sent out a repair man the very next day. They had our issue resolved within 24 hours, and the cost was MUCH lower than others. I'd highly recommend.

Ryan came out to replace our garage door springs and wrapped up within 45min. As a bonus, he also extended our antenna to help improve reception. Reasonable pricing, on time, and prompt service. No complaints, looking forward to working with Lakewood Garage again in the future.

Lakewood Garage Door repaired my door for ½ the cost of the other sketchy company. They were prompt, polite, did a good job for a fair price and didn’t try to upsell/oversell. Every company should operate this way. So glad I found them.

John from G Brothers Garage Door came out on Sunday to assess my garage door opener that had quit working. After determining that it was the motor, returned the next day with a new garage door opener and installed it in less than an hour. In addition he oiled adjusted the springs on both my garage doors for no additional cost. He went above and beyond what I expected. The cost was about equivalent to what I would have paid to the big box stores with installation. It was a fast and easy processes, and I will definitely use them again.

So grateful for these guys, they helped me out so quickly and at a great price! When my old door jammed up and got crunched they were the only ones who could within a day fix it and they work so fast it only took them an hour and a half to install a completely new door and springs, great work ethic and super nice guys! Other companies told me it would be weeks till they could get a new door and wanted to charge me thousands more, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Called G Brothers for service. They were very prompt dependable engaging and John did a wonderful job! Everything works perfectly thank you so much. We definitely use again.
