Alex, was one of the most excellent customer service representatives that I have worked with not in just Public Storage, but in general. Every question I had he hadn’t answer to and was super nice and showed us the units. We wanted to know and gave us every bit of information that we asked so we can make the best choice. I met Julie today and she was also super super kind and helped us navigate our way exactly to where we needed to go for our storage unit. I would highly recommend using this location for storing anything. And check online for promotional deals. All in all six star experience.

I showed up juuuuuust before close and tugged on the door to find it locked but I could see associates inside. I wasn't going to harass them over a few minutes on a Saturday evening so I continued on with the process on my phone. Then, to my surprise. The door was opened by a kind man with a large build sporting an even bigger smile. He told us we could get it all done online as I panically smiled back while gathering his info about the rental. By the end of it the process was so easy that I thought I did something wrong or missed a step.

Shelley was great super helpful. Very friendly and went out of her way to help me out. Will highly recommend to others.

Amanda was great! Very welcoming from the second I came onto the property. Answered any question I had enthusiastically and she was very knowledgeable! I also very much enjoyed the warm personality accompanied with her customer service. Got my codes and lock set up, took me right to the unit, showed me where to enter and exit, informed me of the cart to haul my belongings when needed. Everything from top to bottom handled and a card so in case I blank, I don’t have to search through my phone. It’s right there handy when needed. Thank you, Amanda! You rock, girl!.

Just moved back to Colorado and needed a quick and easy storage solution for my things. Booked a unit online and was not sure about committing...but! Lala was very helpful and provided great service in making sure the storage unit I needed was what I wanted which she definitely did! She also answered all my questions even though we got off topic about life. Lol Facility is nice, clean and highly secured. Staff is also very welcoming and helpful.Highly recommend!.
