Great service! Their customer service has always been professional, helpful, and kind. I've had problems that are typical like wanting to upgrade unit sizes or bugs gathering outside the unit, etc. But they have always acted quickly and are very informative. The only thing I don't like is how rent increases multiple times a year.
Absolutely terrific staff!! I came in a minute before close Cynthia and Megan were getting ready to close up shop. It was raining pretty hard and I had electronics and valuables under a tarp I desperately needed to get into storage. They both took care of me in a professional and time efficient manner. Highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone!

The experience with signing up, accessing the property, and the units was great. Shelly, the awesome employee who assisted me, is a asset to the company as her customer service skills are top notch. The property feels safe, it is very clean, and there’s a lot of value included here. The technology is really what drew me here (app based access, account management, etc.) I’d highly recommend for your storage needs.
If both gates worked all the time, it would be great. Besides that, it's all anyone can expect from a storage facility, mostly clean, well lit, easy access to our units. Bummer they have to lock up the carts when management isn't there, but, that's because of people not doing the right thing and putting them back.

The covering manager from another site (one off 6th in Denver) he was so helpful very thorough. I felt I could trust him and his knowledge and care. Only thing I would suggest is possibly having a carts or Dollie’s to rent to help move items into the the storage so you aren’t caring everything by hand down and around the long corners.
Crystal is amazing. She has went above and beyond for me on more than one occasion and is absolutely LOVELY to talk to. Her excellent customer service and hard work is seriously the only reason I am still keeping my things here. She is a keeper.
The manager that was there to help us (Crystal) was very friendly and helpful. The location was very neat and clean and I felt my items left in my storage unit were very safe.
