I can't believe it, but I got scammed and was afraid that all my information on my computer was accessed. The next morning, my son found Goinsta Repairs online. We called immediately and they were able to fix my computer and remove any malicious software or data sharing material that was put on by the scammers. I didn't even have to bring my computer in to the store. I am so grateful to them for their help and will continue to use them for any repairs I need in the future. I am very pleased with what Shelbi has helped me with so far. I'm from outside the Denver area, but am working there for a couple months. Everything from correct, concise directions to their shop location ... to getting my laptop back in working shape. Very fair pricing, great communication with everything, competent repair work - I am glad and relieved to have found out about her and the shop. So much so that I'm now seriously considering purchasing my next laptop through her.

Quick, friendly, straight forward, and reasonably priced. Had some hard drive troubles and Shelbi helped me retrieve my data and offered a number of options to get me rolling within a short timeline. Discussions with Shelbi suggest that she has a great deal of expertise. I will return for any future concerns with my software and hardware issues.

They were prompt in diagnosing my laptop and clearly explained everything giving me a couple of choices. Repair took a little while but that was due to parts availability and Dell shipping a bad battery. The communication from Shelbi was great through the whole process and in the end my laptop was back up and running much better.
