Jeff came out the next day after initially calling to evaluate our situation, which our current rodent exclusion provider can't seem to solve. He was very knowledgeable, VERY thorough, and offered solutions, many of which he said I could easily do myself. I'm currently working through some of those solutions myself, but I know that whenever I need a professional to come and evaluate and solve problems others can't, Jeff and Omega Animal Removal will be my first and only call. Highly recommend you call them if you have a problem as Jeff is about solving your problem, not simply selling you a service.

Had a foul smell coming from what seemed to be from behind my fridge (or the wall or attic right above). I thought it was a dead animal. They sent someone out same-day. Jeff was very friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help find the source of the smell. He climbed into the smallest crawl spaces in our attic. He even pulled out the fridge, unscrewed the back panel, and helped me vacuum out some dust accumulation while he was back there. Ultimately determined the smell was likely not from a decomposing animal and suggested we do a drain clean out or inspection of our drains.

Jeff and his team came out and finally solved my rodent issues. No other company was able to help me and I am so grateful I found this business. Very nice, informative and professional. Highly recommend!
