I was impressed by John Moore’s tracking system for the technician. I was impressed by the professional service that Cannon Shell provided. He was in and out in two hours. He tuned up the AC. He installed the contact switch , capacitor, air filters. I’m sticking with John Moore for the AC service. House smells like a five star resort! Definitely a good choice for five star service!!

Very friendly, no pressure to do anything extra that I wasn't prepared to do. Great experience!!

Jamil did an excellent job oof getting a kitchen sink drain line cleared out of mostly grease for us. He went above and beyond with extra efforts on a severe stoppage, all during a light rain falling! Great job Jamil!

We recently had a Bradford White electric water heater installed by ARS / Rescue Rooter, and the entire experience was outstanding. From start to finish, the service was prompt, professional, and courteous. The sales representative who came out initially was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain our options thoroughly. When it came time for installation, the two technicians who performed the work were highly professional and did an excellent job. They worked efficiently, maintained a clean workspace, and ensured everything was installed to the highest standard. We are very satisfied with both the product and the service provided, and we highly recommend ARS / Rescue Rooter for anyone in need of water heater replacement or plumbing services.

I’m very impressed with the level of service that ARS provides. I called about my old water heater that was starting to leak and inquired about getting it replaced. The appt was set up immediately and the tech was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He provided me with different options of water heaters and had reasonable prices for a water heater replacement. I went with another 40 gallon tank. The installation crew had it replaced in no time.

Jeremy R Smith was very professional and explained me the options available to address the plumbing issue. He meticulously worked and resolved the issue. He left the site clean and spotless. I would definitely recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter.

I can’t say enough about Abacus! And I can’t say enough about Aaron! He was so professional and so nice. Explained everything he was doing, made us feel very comfortable and knew exactly what he was doing. Went over everything with us before he did it. Very reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend Abacus to anyone that’s in need of any A/C issues. And definitely for Aaron, he’s your guy! We give him the full 10 Stars.

Lost power in one of the rooms and needed it fixed same day if possible. Eric, the electrician, was noting short of excellent in attitude, and quality. He also gave us a good quote for work to be done in the near future. The experience was much better than I expected, honestly.

Phenomenal service. Miguel recommended a fix to our water heater and helped provide insight for our the future. No option for 6 stars! Very professional.
