Completely, utterly impressed. From the start of my interaction with Allied, David was fantastic in setting up my account. He even talked to me after he left the office! When it came to install of cameras and alarm system, Zeke and Eric were top notch! Installation was clean, they even stayed to train us and make sure we were comfortable. David Fleck our technician today was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the systems and how they work, w his expertise was able to solve our issue w door bell and chime. He even noticed that our door lock was not connected and configured to our phone, so he fixed the issue and now we can unlock our front door w the phone, something we couldn’t do before. He went beyond the call of duty and we truly appreciate his hard work ! He also provided a brief review of how to use the Brinks more efficiently on our phone.

Jesse R did an excellent job. Was care with the house, completed the work carefully and in good time. Explained using the system very well. We were very happy with the experience.
