PRECISION GARAGE DOOR OF HOUSTON REVIEWS

Kaden arrived promptly at the early part of the 4 hour window given to me when I scheduled. I was not waiting all morning for him. After evaluating what was needed to repair my garage door, he gave a detailed easy to understand list of what was needed. He had everything he needed in his truck and proceeded to replace my door opener and make the necessary repairs. All was done very quickly and efficiently.

I had Shane come out this morning for an emergency repair - I needed a spring replacement along with some other minor repairs. Shane was so great, friendly and personable, explained what he was doing and was quick with the repair. Cost was reasonably priced too. Thanks Shane, and I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Ryan Joyce did an outstanding job at my home. He gave me all the options and cost for my repairs. He was knowledgeable, sincere, friendly, and helpful. He helped me and advised me in a fair manner. I would certainly call Precision if I had any other garage door needs. Thanks so much.

This company is wonderful. They sent a repairman out the same day we called. He did an outstanding job. He did a through assessment. Advised us what needed to be done, gave us an accurate price and proceeded to replace the motor and multiple rusted and worn out parts! David Herrera was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He worked until 9:15 pm and did not leave until everything was working perfectly! I would recommend him to anyone.

I receive complete honest and professional service from OGD. The technician that provided the service was name Will, really nice, professional and knowledgeable. He accessed the situation with my garage door and explained in detail what needed to be done, what material/parts was needed, approximately how long it would take and the cost to complete the job. Will had all parts needed on his truck available to completed the repair the same day. He cleaned up and removed the old parts. Will was courteous and respectfull the whole time. I give him the highest rating and would recommend him to get the job done with accuracy and precision. Thank you Will.

Service was absolutely amazing. They came to my home really fast. It much of a wait at all. He was quick and very very professional. Explained to me what he was doing and why he did. It only took him… maybe 30 minutes and it was like brand new. Defiantly will always recommend.
