I had a very pleasant experience working with M&M Roofing and Siding. My home had some things done incorrectly during the initial build that have caused water damage the last few years--especially during Beryl. The office was great about providing a set date for a site inspection and estimate. While it was 3 weeks out from my call, it was worth the wait. Once the site visit was conducted, Agapito was prompt with providing a bid and reasonable window for the start date. The crew worked efficiently when weather permitted. I appreciated the dedication of more time on the cedar tongue and groove siding installation so that it could be done well rather than rushing and having to deal with issues down the line. Everyone was also very respectful of the property and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. Agapito was also very communicative throughout the project and responsive to my preferences and concerns. Overall, I plan on calling them again for future projects and recommend them to others.

We had Hurricane Byrle damage. After fighting insurance. We had Joe with M &M windows and siding come out. They did all new hardy plank. Painted and cleaned up. Very professional crew. And as soon as that was done , Joe scheduled the roof to be done. Another fantastic crew. Roof was done in one day with house and detached 2 car garage. It was such a wonder experience. Now we are looking into window replacement. And I'm sure it will be done with same professionalism. Love the people. Friendly and caring. Would recommend them to everyone.

Our experience has been great w/ 314 Solutions. We worked with Bryan Keefe & They know customer service!! Quality product too! Answered any & all questions, explained more than other companies when we initially spoke w 2 other roofing businesses. We had a couple things needed to complete the job & it was a smooth process. We had photos before, during & after too. We were impressed a manager was on site the whole time our roof was replaced. We are so glad we no longer have to worry about rain leaking & hope our electric bill reflects the improvements!
